He left General Accident Property Services in 998 in order to set up Lanes Rentals with a vision that made the most of his ability to provide an honest service of high quality for customers.

Director David Burchell joined the company in 2005. At the same time, Lanes Rentals acquired another lettings business. Having come from the Leisure Industry and having a highly corporate training background and staff motivational skills, David Burchell was quite an asset to our company and with his involvement, our company has gone from strength to strength.
